Finding the right role at the right company these days is no easy task. There are ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) to figure out. You need to use specific terminology and accurate grammar on your CV. If you’re just looking for resources, here are two of my favorite collections of sample resumes and cover letters: Best Canadian Resumes and Best Canadian Cover Letters by Sharon Graham. HINT: If you already live in Canada, these books are available through your public library, or — if you’re in Ontario — you can request them through the Ontario Library Service Interlibrary Loan Program.
